For Halloween this year, schools in Frontier were full of tricks – tricks to find safe ways for kids to celebrate!
Whether it was integrating Halloween themes into lessons or providing a safe space for students to Trick or Treat, our teachers and staff were excited to keep the holiday alive and ensure that our youth still had an opportunity to have some spooky fun.
At Cranberry Portage Elementary School, grade 1 and 2 students practiced hands on math using pumpkins – counting seeds, sorting and measuring!
Wanipigow School set up an outdoor socially distanced Trick or Treat for students, full of costumes and props, see the video below!
While Halloween looked a little bit different this year, we were so happy to see schools keep this fun celebration alive!
